The University of Wisconsin - Green Bay welcomes applications for four Financial Specialist II positions. These positions are in our Business & Finance, Continuing Education and Community Engagement, Division of Information Technology, and Facilities Management areas on the Green Bay campus. These positions will be responsible for the financial transactions within the respective area including reviewing, approving, and advising on a variety of advanced financial transactions. These positions will prepare and reconcile financial transactions, recommend controls and process improvements, and troubleshoot financial issues. In addition, these positions maintain financial records, provide administrative processing support, and provide financial customer support to staff and customers in the assigned program area.

Positions are full-time University Staff appointments. The work hours for the positions will be 7:45 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Scope of leadership role
Seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator that can join our Corporate Payroll Team. Individual will be responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing. This includes compiling and preparing data for payroll taxes, payroll hours worked, benefit payments, payroll adjustments and vacation payouts. This position will be based in Milwaukee, WI.
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this Payroll Coordinator will serve as a key member of the Corporate Payroll team. This is a hands on role responsible for performing routine payroll processing along with facilitating complex or irregular payments (i.e. bonus payments, relocation, stock options, etc.) Individual will utilize their prior payroll administration experience to ensure accurate accounting distribution and preparation of deductions. Reporting to the Manager of Internal Audit, the Internal Auditor will be responsible for partnering with Internal Audit management team along with Company management while maintaining independence. This is a hands-on role that will actively lead and/or participate in a variety of audits which includes all phases of audit planning, execution and communication of results to management. This role serves as an important member of the Corporate Internal Audit team, contributing to the development of standard frameworks and practices that enable accurate and timely audits.

The key role of the Analyst will be to support cash forecasting and various reporting utilized by our shared service team by driving the team's data analytics and process enhancement initiatives.
Reporting to the Treasury Director, the Treasury Analyst will drive transformation to produce more accurate and timely cash forecasting, reporting and analyses for senior leadership. This is a hands-on role that requires interaction with various Regal Rexnord departments and global finance teams, including Accounting, Tax, Collections and Accounts Payable. The successful candidate must be able to generate win-win outcomes by building partnerships across the enterprise while aligning expectations and integrating various points of view.

The Payroll position is a key role responsible for all areas relating to payroll, long-term incentives and compensation related accounting. This position will manage the Company’s relationship with our third party payroll processor. This includes the development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to payroll processing. This role will also be responsible for adhering to accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. This position will work with tight deadlines and have multiple direct reports.

As Accounting Supervisor for Corporate Finance you will work closely with the Corporate Finance team members. You will perform complex accounting activities including the consolidation and analysis of general ledger activity and financial reports; sometimes preparing and reviewing journal entries and account reconciliations of multiple businesses. This position exists to support the functional decision-making processes and positively impact the financial results of these functions. Will coach and assist in training early in career team members.
· Assists team with month-end close including preparation and review of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
· Supervises and provides overall guidance to the Accountant I position.
· Reviews, records and tracks, sometimes preparing, journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
· Consolidates and verifies financial data from business groups and identifies and investigates irregularities across our Intercompany partners.

The Finance Director position is required to perform the State of Wisconsin statutory duties & responsibilities of both Comptroller and Treasurer for the City. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required. Master’s degree is preferred.
